This is an introductory food hygiene training course.

The Level 1 award is suitable for a variety of candidates including new employees with no previous training, employees handling low risk or wrapped foods or those who work front of house, such as waiting staff.

Please note candidates must be able to communicate and read in english.  Papers in other languages are available but must be pre-ordered.
