Terms & Conditions for Training Courses

Delegate Information

Your place on a course will be confirmed via email once this form has been fully and satisfactorily completed, and received by Copcoy, or a booking form has been fully and satisfactorily completed via the Copcoy website. If possible, a typed form is preferred, in order to avoid any handwriting misunderstandings.
For practical courses such as Confined Spaces and Plant training, delegates should provide their own Personal Protective Equipment in a clean working order which includes safety helmets, protective gloves, safety footwear etc

Please advise us in advance if delegate(s) have any special dietary requirements. Please also advise us in advance if delegate(s) have any physical or learning disabilities that would impact upon the course, or any communication barriers that would impact upon the training course. We will endeavour to cater for everyone but we do require notification in advance.
Delegates should be physically fit to withstand the rigours of any practical based training. If there are any doubts about the fitness of a delegate to attend a training course then the onus will be on the client and delegate to seek a medical opinion.

A copy of our reasonable adjustment policy can be provided on request.

Delegates are required to arrive at the course in good time. If the delegate is unable to attend on the day of training due to unforeseen circumstances we will still have to charge you as we still incur the costs and will not be able to sell the place to another client.

Photos taken during training courses may be used for marketing and promotional material in all mediums. By completing this form you are aware that photos may be taken at the event and used for future marketing and promotional materials. If you have delegates that do not wish to be photographed, please provide a written list of names prior to the course commencement date.
